Journey of Becoming (J.O.B.) Featuring TRII!

  • Waltham Public Library 735 Main Street Waltham, MA, 02451 United States (map)

Once a month, the Waltham Public Library invites professionals from a variety of fields to explain what they do for work and how they came to find their careers. They've hosted biologist and TV show host Pat Spain, children's book author and DJ Jef Czekaj, research assistants from Boston Children's Hospital, Lasell college athletes, rap historian Brian Coleman, and many more. They share their upbringings, their education, their missteps and mistakes, as well as their successes and guidance. As much as anything, we think finding your career is a process of self-discovery. Stop by to see what you might learn about yourself!

During this J.O.B. presentation, Victoria St. Jean, Douglas Smith, and Jonathan Goldman will be talking about The Right to Immigration Institute, their journey before TRII, and how young people can make change.
